David is our principal lawyer.
He has over 19 years’ experience in high profile, large scale, international transactional and litigation matters. He has served as a trusted advisor of public and private companies, directors and officers, businesses, not-for-profit organisations, professionals and families.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws, graduating in 2000 with first class honours. He was admitted to practice in 2001. David was a Director at Landerer & Company and prior to that a Senior Associate in the Sydney offices of Arnold Bloch Leibler and DLA Piper. David also worked as a lawyer at O'Melveny & Myers LLP in New York City and as corporate counsel at Sinclair Knight Merz in their Sydney and Perth offices.
David is a solicitor member of the New South Wales Profession Admission Board and is an admitted practitioner of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and Federal Court. He is a board director, company secretary and member of the executive committee of NSW Crime Stoppers. He is also the President and a director of the Board of Progressive Jewish Education and he sits on the Board of Governors and Trustees of the Jewish Communal Appeal. In addition, David is an arbitrator assigned to resolving disputes for Professional Footballers Australia.
David has authored and contributed to a number of articles and case notes published in various leading Australian legal texts including Australian Corporation Law Principles and Practice and the Butterworths Corporations Law Bulletin.
